What is One NZ providing as part of your Outplacement programme?
As part of your Outplacement programme, One NZ is providing access to the moneyfit.me Kickstarter course alongside the moneyfit.me Tracker app.
Complete the form below to begin the registration and onboarding process.
This will begin with an initial financial consultation of around 60 minutes, followed by onboarding into the Kickstarter programme and access to Tracker.
*By filling out this form you are consenting to be contacted by enable.me about our services.
What’s included in my consultation and Outplacement programme?
Your initial consultation will take around 60 minutes. This consultation will be with an enable.me financial adviser. It is designed to get a better understanding of where you are now and what your financial goals are to see how we can support you on this journey.
Once we have completed your initial assessment, we will onboard you into the Tracker app and Kickstarter programme. Read more about each of these in detail below.
Part 1: Diagnosing your situation
First, we’ll look at what you own, owe, earn, spend, and save.
Knowing all this helps us determine what your overall position looks like.
Once we have an idea of your current benchmark, we will show you your current ‘financial default’ – where you would likely end up if you don’t make any changes, and whether your current efforts are enough to achieve your financial goals.
We will discuss areas of inefficiencies (or fritter) and overlay our proven methodologies for saving more to see where baseline improvements can be made.
Part 2: moneyfit.me Tracker
Once we know where you’re at and what you could be capable of achieving, the next steps will be to set up moneyfit.me Tracker and onboard you into the Kickstarter programme.
As part of this initial set up, we will:
- Set up moneyfit.me Tracker to track your spending and saving behaviour.
- Teach you how to create a budget and optimise your spending and saving.
- Walk you through the process of refining and adjusting your budget.
Part 3: The Kickstarter programme
Once you’re set up on Tracker, you’ll have full access to the Kickstarter programme, which includes:
- Educational lessons on understanding your money behaviours, tendencies, and triggers.
- Guidance on setting goals, optimising cashflow, and developing financial resilience.
- Steps to improve financial literacy and create a solid support network.
- A referral for a KiwiSaver review.
- A referral for an additional insurance or wealth review, if appropriate.
Part 4: Feedback
At the end of the Kickstarter programme, we will gather feedback from you about your experience and how this has helped you. We are constantly looking to refine and improve our services, and your feedback is invaluable in helping our team develop greater educational programmes to help Kiwis take control of their finances.
This will be provided to the team at One NZ and enable.me.
