Having spent 10 years helping businesses achieve financial success, Justin now relishes using his considerable financial acumen to help his clients get ahead financially.
Justin is an avid coach in both his personal and professional life, coaching multiple sports teams across various codes, including a New Zealand team at an international level in AFL.
Just like in sports, Justin’s ‘why’ for becoming a Financial Adviser and Coach is to help people realise their untapped potential. He believes that everyone can do a bit more with some encouragement, whether it’s a personal, client or team situation.
He likes to think of it as seeing into someone’s blind spot; he can see more than a client can when looking at their own financial situation.
As a numbers enthusiast, Justin makes the complex relatable for his clients. He is a proponent of the idea that finance is foreign to people – and is passionate about breaking down terms so that they can understand and tap into financial knowledge for personal improvement.
With a background as a financial analyst and consultant for several large companies and having run his own business, he’s learnt to be adaptable and laser-focused on understanding the client’s needs.
Justin lives by the notion that “a goal without a plan is just a dream”, and his professional experience in financial forecasting allows him to optimise his clients’ finances to ensure their goals become reality.
A Dad to three kids, he’s also relaxed and fun to be around, which provides the perfect balance in a coach.
