Willie Moala is our National Insurance Lead and responsible for managing our dedicated team of insurance advisers across the country. Willie has over 17 years’ industry experience in New Zealand, which includes 14 years as a Financial Adviser.
His early expertise was honed at AXA Insurance, and at AdviceFirst, where he gained his professional qualifications before branching out to manage his own insurance advisory business which he later sold in 2020.
Willie regularly contributes expert commentary on insurance across a range of well-known platforms and media outlets.
Outside the office, Willie enjoys travelling locally and abroad with his young family, hiking across New Zealand’s great trails and mentoring youth. A self-confessed sports nut, he enjoys watching most sports and is a serious rugby and rugby league fan.
Willie holds a National Certificate (level 5) in Financial Services and is also an Authorised Financial Adviser.
