Our Journey
2026
enable.me Today
As of early 2026 enable.me is the main trading brand.
Services range from foundational financial coaching and strategy to comprehensive financial advice covering insurance, KiwiSaver, investments, and tailored wealth planning.
The combined business operates as one licensed Financial Advice Provider (AdviceFirst Ltd trading as enable.me; FSP23242).
February 2026
Full Brand Integration Begins
AdviceFirst begins the formal process of trading as enable.me, and the two companies are effectively integrated into one business operating under the enable.me brand.
This marks the shift from operating in parallel brands to a unified market presence.
August 2025
Hannah McQueen Exits
Hannah McQueen steps back from enable.me (and the wider business) in August 2025, marking the end of her direct involvement as founder.
2025
Momentum / KEY2Invest
Property Sale
The property business originally launched as Momentum Property (via Property Pro / enable.me Property) becomes KEY2Invest, operating independently as a specialist property investment partner.
Early 2025
enable.me Digital Expansion
moneyfit.me is launched as a digital coaching and financial wellbeing platform, part of the enable.me brand, aimed at broader financial literacy and digital reach.
This platform extends the group’s services beyond traditional one-to-one coaching and advisory, making financial support more accessible online.
2023 – 2025
Parallel Brand Operation
After the acquisition, enable.me and AdviceFirst operate in parallel under one ownership, allowing for service, operational integration, and leveraging shared values and expertise across the businesses.
1 April 2023
AdviceFirst Acquires
enable.me
AdviceFirst Limited acquires enable.me. Both brands initially continue to trade separately.
enable.me clients gain access to a broader suite of advisers (insurance, wealth, KiwiSaver, investment) via AdviceFirst.
The combined team becomes significantly larger and broader in capability, combining complementary financial services.
Feb 2018
Momentum Property
Launches
Momentum Property launches, initially trading as Property Pro, then enable.me Property at points, before later trading as Momentum.
This property business sat alongside enable.me’s financial strategy services, providing a property investment offering.
2016
AMP Integrates Spicers & AdviceFirst
AMP, a long-established NZ financial services firm, integrates its Spicers and AdviceFirst businesses under the AdviceFirst brand to operate a nationwide advice network.
This consolidation expanded AdviceFirst’s advisory capacity and unified AMP’s advice channels in NZ.
2014 – Nov 2022
enable.me Franchise Model
During this period enable.me operates under a franchise model with physical offices across NZ (e.g., Whangārei to Invercargill). This expanded local face-to-face presence.
Franchises helped build enable.me’s national footprint and brand awareness.
With improvements in technology and digital meeting capability, the business can now still service these areas effectively online without a physical office in every location.
2014
AdviceFirst Growth Continues
AdviceFirst acquires Goldridge Wealth Management, expanding its wealth and financial advice capability.
2008
AdviceFirst Founded
AdviceFirst Limited is formed as a financial advisory business in New Zealand, providing professional financial advice including wealth management, insurance, KiwiSaver and investment solutions.
2007
